What You'll Do
Americold is seeking a dynamic and experienced Transport Director - APAC.
As the Transport Director, you will lead our transport portfolio.
This pivotal role ensures we deliver fit-for-purpose, commercially astute transport solutions across Australia and New Zealand, balancing in-house assets and outsourced services to meet customer needs and drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities are but not limited to
* Lead strategic and operational transport initiatives across APAC.
* Oversee the management of Americold-owned fleet and assets.
* Drive compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and NHVR standards.
* Build strong relationships with carrier partners and ensure audit readiness.

What Experience and Education You Need
* 6-10 years' experience in transport operations across Australia and/or New Zealand.

* Strong customer relationship and vendor management skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Transport, or equivalent experience.
* Certifications in CoR, NHVR compliance, or relevant transport safety standards.
