The Customer Service Representative - Eligibility Specialist (ES) is responsible for receiving high volume, often back-to-back, inbound calls about Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) programs.
CSRs will assist customers by answer queries, handling complaints and troubleshooting problems in a professional manner ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.

* Enter prescription information including but not limited to: patient searches, prescriber searches, drug selection, prescription interpretation, insurance billing, and basic documentation.
* Accept customer and prescription information required to process new and refill prescriptions, including refill authorization from doctor offices.
* Retrieve medication from inventory.
* Create prescription labels and put them on prescription containers.
* Place medication into prescription containers.

* Assist with maintaining the Pharmacy department by keeping it clean and in order.
* Assist in inventory management processes including order review, inventory returns, restocking shelves, and physical inventory preparation.
* Administer Rite Aid programs including FlavoRx, Living More, etc.
Taking care of patients is not a 9-5 job.
Our Pharmacy Technicians come into this role knowing that they will be working weekdays, weekends, evening shifts, and some holidays.

* Enter prescription information including but not limited to: patient searches, prescriber searches, drug selection, prescription interpretation, insurance billing, and basic documentation.
* Accept customer and prescription information required to process new and refill prescriptions, including refill authorization from doctor offices.
* Retrieve medication from inventory.
* Create prescription labels and put them on prescription containers.
* Place medication into prescription containers.
* Complete paperwork related to filling prescriptions and input customer and prescription data into the computer.
* Assist with maintaining the Pharmacy department by keeping it clean and in order.
* Assist in inventory management processes including order review, inventory returns, restocking shelves, and physical inventory preparation.
* Administer Rite Aid programs including FlavoRx, Living More, etc.
Taking care of patients is not a 9-5 job.
Our Pharmacy Technicians come into this role knowing that they will be working weekdays, weekends, evening shifts, and some holidays.

* Deliver a rotating programme of employability, resilience and sector specific skills training to support participants to move into employment.
* Record and provide feedback through updating of customer case management system about completion status of booked interventions as part of the Springboard curriculum.
* Support the Lead Employability Coach & Employment Advisor in evaluating the quality and success of springboard sessions, making appropriate suggestions for continuous improvement.
* Provide coaching support on a one to basis for customers as need is identified by Employment Advisors.
This role is based from home providing Employability sessions online and one to one support and occasionally will require to provide one to one support onsite within our London Restart offices and therefore we would like applicants to live within commuting distance from London.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to a wide range of communication and learning styles
* Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, specifically around listening, questioning and building relationships that promote commitment and action
* Able to produce a high quality tailored CV and understand how to support candidates to carry out effective job searching activity
* Customer focused with a strong commitment to customer care
* IT skills to ensure full system and contract compliance
* Numeracy and literacy skills to facilitate management reporting
* Strong team player with a positive and flexible approach to both work and colleagues.
