Reporting to the Director of Sales Strategy & Execution, the Associate Sales Strategy Manager sets the go-to-market strategy for their assigned brands.
You’ll provide strategic Channel marketing and consumer management expertise to the brand and customer teams.
Your key customers include brand teams, Sales Planning, Category Management, Planning, Operations and Sales.
In this role you will:
* Partner with the Brand Team to develop the Sales Strategy deliveries of the 3 Year Strategic Plan
* Lead annual Sales Strategy plan development and implementation to align Brand and Sales Strategies with customer business models and department strategies (DPSM KPI’s – Distribution, Pricing, Shelving and Merchandising)
* Own delivery of assigned Net Sales, Trade and Margin objectives by developing and executing customer/channel strategies and plans
* Develop strong sustainable relationships throughout the organization and provide Customer and Brand development leadership and solutions.
* Partner with key Customers in JBP development and supports customer negotiation.
* Lead Trade Strategy development and customer trade execution and best practices. Executes trade authorization which aligns with brand strategy and delivery of in-market budgeted trade rates
* Interpret information and data to develop insights, identify risks and create opportunities/strategies associated with sales fundamentals (Distribution, Pricing, Shelving and Merchandising)
* Develop, coordinate and communicate volume Gap closure plans to Brand teams and Customer teams
* Conduct formal quarterly and annual Score carding.
Build recommendations to execute mid-course corrective actions; including new product launches, corporation promotions, and other strategic initiatives
* Serve as main contact for customer teams for all Consumer and Brand Strategy activities such as DPSM KPI’s and Innovation Launch and Execution
* Support implementation of Innovation Summits and long-term business building sessions with customer
* Provide best practice leadership for continuous improvement to optimize execution for customer & brand teams

Your Responsibilities as a Locator:
* Correctly, safely, and efficiently locate underground utilities, including telecommunications, electric power, cable TV, gas, water, and sewer systems.
* Thoroughly search for underground utilities in a designated area, accurately marking the location, completing the necessary documentation, and photographing each locate.
These are daytime, full-time positions and overtime is required.
We have a 48-hour turnaround time on most locates, which means we generally work the day after holidays and some weekends, as needed.

About the Role
