IT Technician

Scope:

The incumbent is responsible for evaluating and diagnosing computer and devices equipment, software, or network components to identify faults and failures applying systems techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications.

Also responsible for prioritizing and managing services requests.

Follow and comply with all company IT Policies and SOPs.
