Compass Post-Acute Center in Conway, SC, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided.
We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery.
We are currently seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for our in-house rehab program!
Qualifications:
Physical Therapy license is required.
Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels.

Duties:
* Develops and maintains nursing service objectives and standards of nursing practice in accordance with the nursing policies and procedures.
* Assesses each resident's needs and assists in the development of a treatment plan for nursing care to meet the daily treatment and care needs of the resident.
