As an Automation Maintenance Technicia n, you'll be a key player in keeping our cutting-edge equipment running at peak performance while helping shape how maintenance is done in a brand-new plant.

Precision Investment Castings for Aerospace & Defense | CPP

What will you do?


* Keep people and equipment safe by following all safety and environmental standards


* Jump into hands-on troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems


* Perform preventive maintenance to keep downtime low and productivity high


* Log your work accurately in our CMMS


* Help build and maintain a reliable spare parts inventory


* Support exciting startup and improvement projects as we launch the new facility


* Level up your skills through ongoing training and certifications

What will make you a successful candidate?


* 2-year technical degree preferred (Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical, Electronics, Millwright, or Instrumentation & Controls) - or equivalent real-world experience


* 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment


* Experience with PLCs and VFDs, especially Allen-Bradley systems


* Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills


* Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
