The responsibility of this position is to manage the overall safety and service of production within the manufacturing site.
This person oversees and provides support to the Production Managers in all aspects of manufacturing and plays a key role in developing and tracking key metrics.
In addition they interface routinely with Customer Service, Marketing, Human Resources, Procurement, Maintenance Manager, Engineers, Sales, Production Managers, Graphic Manager, and Distribution Manager.
Essential Job Duties
* Supervise and provide support to the Production Manager in all aspects of operations specifically for safety, quality and production.
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources while maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures

* Report and monitor on key metrics around manufacturing performance including, safety, quality, and service.

* Interacts and communicates proactively with Marketing, Procurement, Planning, HR, Finance, Marketing and Sales personnel.

* Supervises plant colleagues and daily operation across multiple functions.

JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for the operational aspects of assigned properties and meeting company goals in those areas.
In the Maintenance Technician role, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient operation and upkeep of the property's buildings and grounds.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein.
Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by Harbor Group Management Company.
* Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
* Maintain efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds.
* Perform routine maintenance punches on vacant units prior to new resident occupancy.
* Respond to resident service requests; enter and track requests using a work order system.
* Keep all amenity areas in clean and operable condition.
QUALIFICATIONS : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
