Job Summary
The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial indoor and outdoor manufacturing environment.
This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality, as well as efficiently operating heavy equipment to move metal forms and concrete products.
Job Responsibilities
* Load, stage and yard finished good in both plant floor and outside yard
* Organize product on the yard according to inventory procedures
* Safely load and unload product from flat beds and box trailers
* Validate packing slips, ship tickets, and other delivery documentation
* Perform routine maintenance on forklift
* Strip and clean concrete forms and products
* Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete
* Perform basic carpentry skills

Workdays include weekdays and SaturdaysRead & follow blueprints and instructions from supervisors or teammatesAbility to use hand/power tools to attach materials to substrates.Practice responsible housekeeping: Maintain/secure a clean job site, picks up all tools and equipment each day to eliminate potential hazards and theft.Performs safe materials handling, storage, loading/unloading trucks & hauling/hoisting materials.Practice proper safety guidelines for self, team and jobsite, including reporting & addressing issues to improve safety.Vigilant while working on top of Ariel equipment, ladders, and the rooftops of buildings.
