POSITION PURPOSE
The Test Tank Operator is a member of the coil manufacturing team and is responsible for following standard work to test a wide variety of coil units in a safe manner.
The Test Tank Operator works as member of the larger plant assembly team and may flex to any of the departments or workstations as volume dictates. The employee demonstrates BAC’s values of Earning Trust, Embracing Responsibility, Showing Courage, and Driving Innovation, and is committed to achieving technical expertise in their department.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
* The Test Tank Operator will be responsible for Leak test coils using nitrogen under water.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Read and interpret blueprints and dimensional drawings
* Attach a variety of leak test fittings (NPT, Sweat, Grooved)
* Leak test coils using nitrogen under water
* Repair braze joints using single- and dual-tip oxy-fuel torches
* Clean joints of work pieces, as directed
* Examine parts and re-braze defective joints
* Apply product safety labels, as required
* Select torch tip, flux, and brazing alloy from data charts or work order
* Understand all measurement equipment used in department (caliper micrometers, protractor, tape measure etc.)
* Safely operate JIB cranes to lift, move, and position components.
* Basic math skills
* Utilize standard work to assemble mechanical support assemblies in a safe and quality conscious manner eliminating risk of damage.
* Meet daily production goals as assigned.
* Assist with the replenishment and organization of the work area.
* Follow all safety requirements regarding tools and PPE.
* Maintains and sustain 5’s in the department.
* Actively acquire skills and ability to support the highest quality standards.
* Flex to other areas as needed demonstrating teamwork and a commitment to team success
* Perform all other tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Primary Function
In this role, the Construction Inspector will observe and inspect various construction sites.
Primary Duties
Construction observation and inspection duties include, but are not limited to:
* Visit construction sites to monitor activities
* Observing compliance to all safety protocols
* Arranging and reviewing material testing results

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Tree Trimmer Technician will maintain trees and shrubs to improve appearance, health, and value of trees and to maintain access to utilities, roads, and sidewalks.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Oversee the appropriate maintenance of trees and shrubs as specified in contract and/or Statement of Work in a deadline-focused environment, balancing multiple projects and addressing changing priorities
* Assists with creation and execution of project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Manages projects of a smaller scale including project scope, schedule and budget.
Insures that said projects are managed within the requirements of governance/contractual document.
* Minimizes project exposure to risks by creating, implementing, and tracking mitigation and contingency strategies.
* Conduct, Monitor and schedule urban tree asset mapping, reporting, crowdsourcing, and/or other maintenance tracking as a means of updating complete tree inspection, inventory of work completed and work history.
* Perform, assign and/or supervise tree crew while performing residential and commercial tree pruning and removals in accordance with ANSI and company standards.
* Ensure that each crew member is trained appropriately for each designated assignment
* Operate an aerial lift and/or bucket truck when necessary
* Supervise tree crews as they Trim and/or remove trees by climbing with the aid of a ladder, safety belt, climbing line, powered trimmer lift truck, or works from the ground using gasoline, air, and hand-powered saws, pruner, etc. Be able to cut branches or trunk sections and drops or lowers them to the ground with lines - appropriately.
* Possess appropriate rigging and lowering skills to perform pruning/removals safely
* Perform supplemental support (cabling/bracing) techniques / methods according to ANSI standards
* Use wedges, sledges, and chain saws in felling trees or trimmed trunks and in cutting and splitting logs into manageable pieces.
* Sprays stumps and brush with hand-spraying equipment to prevent further growth.
* Load/unload trucks with logs, stumps, brush, and debris and/or feeds brush into a wood chipper.
* Repairs slight damage to lawns, fences, and walks caused by tree trimming.
* Service gasoline, air, and hand-powered tools and other equipment as needed.
* Relays hand-signals, directs traffic, drives, and operates trucks and equipment, as assigned and keeps trucks and work area clear and orderly, as well as helps train new employees.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Builds, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains programmable logic controller systems.

The Product Engineer for Heating and Cooling Coils supports product engineering by providing detailed product design and technical support, including special modifications, quality improvements, and cost reductions.
