Mission:
He/She is responsible for driving the business growth of key strategic End Users Customers within the assigned Region.
He/she understands and identifies customers' business needs, focusing on sales growth strategy and developing customized applications and solutions.He/She will report to the Regional Sales Area Manager.
What will you do?
* Develop industry knowledge and establish ongoing key customer relationships to position and promote Schneider Electric as a supplier of choice, maximizing sales potential and maintaining a sales revenue pipeline
* Own and manage a diverse portfolio of end user key accounts, being a solution sales advisor for them, identifying and developing new business opportunities, understanding customers' needs pain points and strategic directions to identify potential risks and business opportunities

Overview:
The Project Engineering Team is looking for a senior electrical engineer to coordinate low and medium voltage electrical power distribution equipment across an integrated unit substation based on our customer's plans and specifications.
These products are applied to distribute utility and generator power to many environments, including industrial, water/wastewater, data centers, and more.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the Technical Team Leader, with a focus on mentoring, quality control, and advancing the workstream from an efficiency, tooling, and automation perspective.
* Review and interpret technical specifications and drawings
* Create 3D models and/or 2D drawings of equipment and/or the integrated unit substation ("composites")
* Coordination of mechanical and electrical connections (inclusive of key interlocking) between various manufacturing locations to form an integrated substation.
Substations include medium voltage, low voltage, and transformer product lines.
* Interpret company and industry codes and standards (ANSI, UL, IEC, IEEE, UBC, etc)
* Provide quotation and layout assistance and be the interface between the sales force and manufacturing facilities
* Review specifications and component bill of materials and facilitate required revisions with field sales and manufacturing plants
* Provide detailed equipment layouts to plants and suppliers to create a value engineered product offering
* Review all customer release documents and release equipment to suppliers
* Be the first point of contact for after shipment resolution
* Responsible for the financials on the product and will be involved from order entry, change order management, inspection, shipment, and commissioning
* Coordinate with production and other support functions to resolve design questions or challenges promptly
* Serve on local projects other related business transformation activities in leading change to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
