Um unser Team in der Produktion/Verpackung zu unterstützen, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Schlosser oder einen Mechatroniker (m/w/d) für die Wechselschicht (Früh- und Spätschicht).
Unser Team in der Produktion/Verpackung ist hauptsächlich verantwortlich für die Reparatur, Einstellung und Wartung der technischen Anlagen im Werk Wuppertal.
Hierzu gehören die o.b.
Automaten, Box Fiber Anlagen, sowie Krempel/Karden, Faseraufbereitungsanlagen und alle Verpackungsanlagen.
Hauptaufgaben
• Sicherstellung und Einhaltung der Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards, Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Standards (Parameter, Einstellungen, Vorgehensweisen), um die qualitativen und quantitativen Vorgaben zu erreichen
• Sicherstellung und Überprüfung der Qualitätsrichtlinien durch Einhaltung der Regeln und Hinterfragen des Ist-Zustandes, um Verbesserungspotentiale aufzuzeigen, zu analysieren und aktiv umzusetzen
• Behebung von Störungen an den Produktionsanlagen bei Maschinenstillständen und Qualitätsdefekten unter Anwendung von Methoden zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung (Fehleranalyse, Datenauswertung, Standards)
• Dokumentation der Tätigkeiten in Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturunterlagen
• Initiierung/Führen von Besprechungen zur strukturierten Problemlösung bei technischen Problemen

* The inspection of highways and bridges and documenting that they are being constructed in conformance with the plans and specifications.

* and must have all the following certifications: NICET Level IV (Highway Construction), NECEPT Asphalt, and NECEPT/PennDOT Concrete.
