Your Role: Blending Technician
As a Technician, Bio/Pharm Production, you will support vaccine manufacturing operations by setting up, operating, and troubleshooting production equipment.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for safely producing vaccines in accordance with product specifications, current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards, safety requirements, and site procedures while incorporating continuous improvement initiatives such as LEAN.
Your Responsibilities:
* Perform aseptic production activities including weighing, measuring, calculations, sampling, and verifications in accordance with batch production records and cGMP requirements.
* Set up, operate, and troubleshoot production equipment and ensure equipment, instruments, and materials are released and available for use.
* Oversee production processes, cleaning, environmental monitoring, and perform in-process batch quality checks according to written procedures.
* Complete required production documentation, update standard operating procedures (SOPs), write deviation reports, and perform transactions within electronic inventory management systems.
* Support continuous improvement by identifying and contributing ideas to improve workplace processes, quality, safety, and operational effectiveness.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
