Job Summary
The Receptionist in an independent living, memory care and or assisted living facility serves as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff, providing a welcoming and organized environment.
This role involves greeting people, answering phones, handling inquiries, and managing administrative tasks to support campus operations and resident well-being.
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities
* Warmly welcoming visitors, residents, and staff, providing information and directing them as needed.
* Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and ensuring prompt communication.
