Contexte :
Vous travaillerez sur le site d'IntenCity, le siège de la direction de l'innovation de Schneider Electric à Grenoble.
Inauguré en 2021, ce site est situé sur la presqu'île scientifique et est facilement accessible.
Vous intégrerez l'équipe en charge des opérations douanières en Europe et contribuerez à l'amélioration de la Supply Chain de Schneider Electric.
Notre service, composé de 12 personnes réparties à travers l'Europe, a pour mission de coordonner les opérations douanières en appliquant des pratiques de gestion de projet.
L'objectif est d'améliorer l'excellence opérationnelle, d'assurer la conformité réglementaire et d'optimiser l'efficacité.
Vos missions :
Vous serez rattaché au responsable Europe des operations douanières et serait amener à travailler sur les activités suivantes :
* Le suivi des opérations et de la performance douane
Surveiller la qualité et la conformité des déclarations douanières (délais, niveau de service, exactitude), identifier des opportunités d'optimisation (coûts, droits et taxes) et assurer la continuité de service en cas d'absence.
* Le suivi de l'intrastat et de la déclaration complémentaire globale
Réaliser chaque mois les déclarations intrastat en lien avec les sites expéditeurs et contribuer à la déclaration complémentaire globale.
* L'audit de nos prestataires
Contrôler les déclarations à risque (accords de libre-échange, antidumping, haute valeur...) afin de réduire les risques douaniers et mettre en place des plans d'action avec les prestataires.
* L'amélioration des processus
Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus douaniers : suivi de facturation des prestataires, optimisation de la récupération des documents, et participation à des projets d'automatisation (dont outils d'intelligence artificielle).

Key Responsibilities
