Guest Services Specialist - Bilingual

Work Schedule :
This is a full-time, 100% FTE position.

Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, with the possibility of a Saturday rotation in the future.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Guest Services Specialist - Bilingual to:


* Support the information desk, waiting rooms and other areas of University Hospital by providing the best customer service.


* Greet patients, families, and visitors and make efforts to create a welcoming environmental for guests.

Qualifications


* High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

Work Experience


* Six months customer service, administrative support, retail, or related experience (Required)
