Job Description
Support the Human Resources department by providing support at assigned location(s) for the administration of hiring, retention, and termination; prepare payroll; orienting new employees; administer employee benefit programs; maintain personnel records; implement company policy and provide information to employees; assists in hiring decisions, and, any other requests or duties as assigned by upper-level management.
Job Duties
* Assist in the administration and coordination of recruiting, orientating, training, coaching, counseling, motivating,
* and disciplining Team Members.
* Partner with leadership on performance management to maximize Team Member contributions and proactively
* address performance issues, which includes coordination of evaluation processes.
* Partner with leadership to assess, address, and develop solutions for difficult and sensitive personnel issues, while
* remaining cognizant of organization policies/procedures and State/Federal regulations.
* Assist in advising site management in regard to company policies and human resources issues.
* Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
* Aid the Human Resources department by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job

* Assist in the enrollment, management, and maintenance of Team Member benefits, wellness questions and
* Develop and manage Team Member appreciation initiatives.
* Facilitate and assist with training, as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY: Provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with state and federal standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Implement resident care based on physician orders.
Evaluate care and communicate with doctors for updates of orders (PRN).
Complete admission documentation in ECS.

Assist with the evaluation of residents for medical needs/changes.
4.
Assist with planning resident care based on physician orders.
Enter physician orders into ECS.
5.
Ensure that residents are receiving their medication based on doctor’s orders/complete medication pass.
6.
Maintain the medication cart including audit procedures for PRN medication and controlled medicines as defined by the nursing standards.
7.
Perform skin evaluations and skin treatment as required by skin treatment protocols.
8.
Monitor blood glucose, temperature, and blood pressure.
9.
Assist patients/residents with Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transferring, ambulating, toileting, and other resident needs.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Must be currently licensed in the State of Florida as a License Practical Nurse. Must be CPR Certified.
Experience and Basic Knowledge: One year of long term care desirable.
Med/Surg, Home Health experience helpful.
Also experience working with the handicapped, developmentally disabled, or older adults preferred.

AHF Products has a job opportunity for a Slab Customer Service Representative (CSR), located in Denver, CO. Reporting to the branch manager, the Slab CSR will play a key role in providing customer service and administrative support for the slab department.
Working closely with the Slab Coordinator, the CSR will be responsible for entering orders into the Dancik system, verifying pricing and inventory, and coordinating timely deliveries to customers.
The Slab CSR will assist both trade professionals and homeowners in selecting materials, including quartz, granite, porcelain, marble, and other natural stones.
While a background in the industry is beneficial, it is not required for a motivated individual who is eager to learn.
The ideal candidate should be able to quickly develop and maintain a strong understanding of material characteristics and industry standards.
JOB DUTIES:

POSITION SUMMARY:
Prepares quality food using quality ingredients for residents, guests and employees.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:

Experience: 3 or more year’s culinary experience in a high volume full service dining environment.

Assist the Activities Dept with Activities for the residents..
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Must be certified nurse’s aide in accordance with laws of Florida.
Medical Technician Certified.
