In support of their Innovative Medicine Transcend program, Johnson & Johnson is recruiting an ERP Deployment Lead Finance & VCM (Value Chain Management).

The role is to be located in New Jersey, United States (preferred location Titusville NJ) or EMEA (preferred locations Beerse BE and Zug CH).

IM Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

The program will simplify the IM ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the IM business with agility.

As part of the IM Transcend program, we are looking for a strong leader that can set direction and can drive deployment of ERP Finance & VCM capabilities to support our Innovative Medicine Supply Chain business, based on proven knowledge and experience in the fields of Financial Operations, Supply Chain Integration, Intercompany Sales and Toll Manufacturing, and a solid understanding of End to End Supply Chain ERP flows.

The role will be an active member of the IM Supply Chain JJT team, driving global standardization of ERP technology solutions within Innovative Medicine.

The ERP Deployment Lead will focus on deployment activities for specific program releases, including but not limited to:
