Nemours Children's Hospital, Florida is currently seeking a Pediatric Intensivist to serve as the Medical Director of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center.
The Medical Director should be dedicated to exceptional clinical care and have interests in administration, quality, research and education.
The Carol Jenkins Barnett Pavilion for Women and Children at Lakeland Regional Hospital in Lakeland, Florida offers comprehensive care for children from birth to adulthood in collaboration with Nemours Subspecialty Physicians.
The 12-bed PICU at Lakeland Regional Health has all private rooms with family friendly amenities.
It is supported by a robust pediatric emergency room, recent expansion of surgical services and the addition of a pediatric trauma service.
Responsibilities include designing clinical protocols, managing staffing and quality metrics, admitting patients from the Pediatric ED, rounding on patients in the PICU, consulting with the pediatric subspecialists, and promoting research and education for nurses, APPs, medical students and residents.
Shifts are in-house eight hours per day and on call from home within 30 minutes response the remainder of the shift.
Additionally, PICU APPs are in-house 12-hours overnight.
Nemours providers at Lakeland Regional Health have access to more than 13 pediatric subspecialties on site as well as remote access to all the Nemours pediatric subspecialists located in Orlando.
The Nemours Transport team provides critical care transport services to Nemours Children's Hospital, Florida for children requiring higher level care.

The Enrichment Activities Coordinator designs and leads dynamic, person-centered programs and community outings that enrich the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Requirements
* Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
* Must have superior organizational skills
* Program development, behavioral support and leadership skills required.
* Must be self-motivated, flexible, enjoy challenges and willing to work as part of a team.
* Medication Administration Certified – current and active.
* CPR and First Aid Certified - must be maintained at all times.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and other software applications for scheduling, documentation, and service reporting.
* Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a person-centered mindset.
* High School diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Physical Requirements
* Able to lift up to 25 lbs and remain active throughout the day.
* Must be able to assist clients with mobility or physical support needs.
* Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, in all seasons, and in varied environments.
Experience
* 0-2 years in DD services or related social service or health care field.
* Ability to pass DMV check annually and maintain current Montana Driver’s License.

Overview:
The Manager of Peer-to-Peer Fundraising contributes to strategy and leads execution of peer-to-peer fundraising programs, including virtual food drives, DIY campaigns, community fundraisers, third-party events, and the marathon.
With the support of the Sr.
Director, Donor Engagement and Operations, the Manager establishes a scalable framework for peer-to-peer efforts and aligns internal resources and tools to support growth.
Manages outreach, engagement, and support for participants to ensure a positive experience and strong fundraising results.
Collaborates with Marketing on communication and acquisitions strategies and fundraising platform management.
Manages the Associate Board to support the growth and participation in the Peer-to-Peer Program.
Responsibilities
Program Management
* Support the development and refinement of P2P fundraising strategy, assessing current program and working with Sr.
Director to identify new areas of opportunity
* In partnership with Marketing, create and maintain online and electronic program resources guides and collaborate on mass acquisition strategies
* Create and manage program calendar, coordinating across Development and Marketing on key periods of collaboration
* Manage inclusion of P2P donors and fundraisers in Development Stewardship Matrix
* Support the development and management of annual revenue goals, including forecasting fundraising targets and path to goals
* Utilize data and metrics to track the progress and success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement and growth
* Leverage industry trends and best practices to drive events and P2P revenue
Portfolio Management
* Manage 250-350 individual and corporate accounts that span peer-to-peer fundraising programs, prioritizing relationships with growth potential to reach and exceed revenue goals
* Cultivate and steward strategic engagement of institutional and individual P2P participants to reach their fundraising goals through individual and group communication strategies
* Play an important role in building the prospect pipeline across Development, by identifying corporate and individual donors with additional capacity for evaluation and potential assignment to relationship managers on Lead Annual Giving, Strategic Giving and/or Corporate & Foundation teams
* Organize and participate in tours and site visits to deepen engagement with the Food Depository
Virtual Food Drives
* Represent program by responding to individual and corporate inquiries and providing guidance and support for creation of VFD drives
* Promote VFDs internally, representing the program and potential strategies for individual, corporate, and organizational prospects and donors
