Incumbents will evaluate economic, housing, and community development initiatives, alongside workforce, job development, and employment training programs tailored to the Blythe region.
The incumbent will conduct routine research and job training for the Workforce Development program.
Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for executing a wide range of professional duties within the assigned division, with opportunities for training and close supervision of client cases within employment and work training programs.
Candidate will be processing eligibility, conducting assessments and determining suitability.
The most competitive candidates will have knowledge of and experience with government funded employment programs; intermediate to advanced levels of MS Office Suite programs; great communication and organizational skills; report writing; critical thinking, analytical, and meeting facilitation skills; experience with job training, interview preparation, and job placement.

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc reporting.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Coordinates and generated monthly Board and Corporate reporting packages, working closely with senior management while gaining an operational understanding of the business.
