Ce rôle clé touche à la fois le service à la clientèle, la gestion de projets web, et le développement des ventes, cette personne relèvera du Directeur Service à la Clientèle.

* Prendre en charge des projets clients (mise en ligne de sites, intégration de contenus, nouveaux modules);
* Coordonner les étapes avec les équipes internes;
* Gérer les priorités et les suivis auprès des clients;
* Assurer la qualité et le respect des échéanciers.
