What you will do:
Duties and Responsibilities of an Injection Molding Technician (Molder I)
* Perform daily checks which include: making sure dies are clean, temperature and pressure gauges of wax press machine are correct, wax levels in press machine and melting pots are correct, and hydraulic leaks are not present.
(Die: a tool used to create a wax mold.)
* Retrieve aluminum dies from storage area
* Consistently produce wax molds which meet engineering specifications for quality while maintaining quantity requirements.
* Recognize defects in wax patterns and what causes each type of defect.
What you will need:
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
* Must be able to understand and follow work instructions provided in English.
* Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
* Must be able to lift from floor to waist level up to 50 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodation(s).
* Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds frequently with or without reasonable accommodation(s).
* Must be able to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
* Must be able to effectively work as part of a team.
