As a Market and Product Expansion Manager in the Commercial Bank, you will be responsible for understanding what our Emerging Middle Market clients need and why across the complex payments ecosystem, and ensure the right solutions are delivered at the right time.

* Analyze and quantify core payment flows within the Emerging Middle Market, identifying distinct requirements for each segment to inform tailored solutions.
* Gather comprehensive market insights, voice of the customer (VOC), and competitive intelligence through client engagements, round tables, and industry events.
