Job Description:
The Operations Supervisor plays a key role in servicing our customers. The position is responsible for managing all aspects of the daily operations including operational process adherence, field team metrics, sub-contractor base performance metrics, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description:
The Production Supervisor provides direct supervision and leadership in the assigned area having overall accountability for all aspects of the operation including but not limited to: Safety, Quality, Production, employee development and retention, and Facilities and equipment integrity conservation

Job Summary
The Director is the strategic architect and operational leader of the enterprise’s data-to-value pipeline.
This role is responsible for the vision, governance, and execution of Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and—most critically—the AI Center of Excellence (CoE).
You will lead the transition from traditional descriptive reporting to a future-state ecosystem of predictive modeling and Generative AI (GenAI) integration, ensuring that AI is not just a pilot, but a scalable driver of business value.
Key Accountabilities
1.
AI Center of Excellence (CoE) & GenAI Transformation (High Priority)
* Strategic AI Roadmap: Lead the design and deployment of the enterprise AI strategy, prioritizing GenAI, LLM integration, and "Agentic" workflows that automate complex business processes.
* Responsible AI Governance: Establish the framework for ethical AI, including bias mitigation, data privacy, and security protocols in partnership with Legal and Risk teams.
* Value Orchestration: Develop a "Value Realization" framework to move AI use cases from Proof of Concept (PoC) to full-scale production with measurable ROI.
* Democratization: Lead the rollout of "AI Copilots" and natural-language querying tools, enabling non-technical users to interact with data conversationally.

Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning
* Predictive/Prescriptive Engine: Direct the data science team in building ML models for demand forecasting, supply chain optimization, and churn prediction.
