Schneider Electric is seeking a skilled UPS 3-Phase Production Electrical Tester Technician (2nd shift) to join our Fairfield, OH manufacturing team.
This position will support testing of advanced 3-phase UPS systems used in critical power applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong electrical troubleshooting skills, experience reading wiring diagrams, and the ability to work safely around electrical equipment in a manufacturing environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on electrical professional with experience in testing, troubleshooting, manufacturing, field service, industrial electrical systems, or power distribution equipment.
What You Will Do
* Set up and perform functional, operational, and electrical testing on Schneider Electric 3-phase UPS Pantera products.
* Test UPS systems, electrical assemblies, controls, accessories, breakers, CTs, communication components, and related electronic systems.
* Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, outline drawings, bills of material, and test specifications.
* Troubleshoot wiring, electrical, mechanical, and functional issues identified during testing.
* Perform AC/DC circuit analysis and validate proper system operation.
* Use electrical test equipment such as voltmeters, multimeters, continuity testers, hipot testers, ground bond testers, power meters, and other required test devices.
* Upload firmware, download parameters, configure control panels, and support electronic component setup as required.
* Set up and verify protective relays, breakers, controls, sensors, and related devices per engineering documentation or vendor manuals.
* Document test results, defects, rework activity, and quality findings accurately and completely.
* Communicate test failures, drawing concerns, or quality issues to supervision, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
* Follow all safety requirements, including electrical safety, lockout/tagout, PPE, energized work controls, and test area procedures.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in alignment with 5S and Lean manufacturing expectations.

Elle réalise des activités de service (pièces et prestations techniques) sur des navires en France comme à l'étranger : maintenance, modernisation, expertise, réparation, ainsi que quelques projets neufs.
Elle intervient pour des acteurs majeurs du secteur : compagnies de croisière (RCCL, Carnival, Disney Cruise Line), armateurs de transport (CMA CGM, Maersk, MSC), compagnies de ferries (Corsica Linea, La Méridionale), ainsi que sur des projets offshore liés aux fermes éoliennes.
Votre rôle :
Rattaché(e) au responsable de l'activité Marine, et intégré(e) à l'équipe de chefs de projets basée à La Ciotat, vous prenez en charge l'exécution complète de contrats et de projets clients, dans le respect des engagements contractuels, financiers et réglementaires, conformément au Customer Project Process (CPP) de Schneider Electric.
Vous êtes l'interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) du client et l'animateur(trice) des parties prenantes internes et externes, avec une responsabilité globale sur la performance du projet jusqu'à sa clôture contractuelle.
Vos missions :
* Organiser et piloter les projets avec l'ensemble des parties prenantes internes et externes,
* Contrôler l'avancement des projets (délais, coûts, qualité) et assurer une communication efficace,
* Développer une relation de proximité avec le client et garantir un haut niveau de satisfaction client tout au long du cycle de vie du projet,
* Assumer la responsabilité complète de la rentabilité du projet (ventes, marge, trésorerie, prévisions),
* Réaliser des analyses régulières des risques et opportunités et mettre en œuvre les plans d'actions associés,
* Assurer un reporting structuré auprès de la direction (rapports, revues de projet, escalades de risques) et alerter en cas d'impact sur la performance ou la gouvernance,
* Garantir le respect des processus, des exigences qualité et des principes de gouvernance Schneider Electric par les équipes projet et les fournisseurs,
* Veiller à l'application rigoureuse de la politique HSE, notamment lors des interventions sur site et des déplacements.

Commissioning Engineer for ATS (Auto transfer switches)
The Commissioning Engineer for ATS (auto transfer switches) is responsible to provide
professional on-site services for ATS & LV (low voltage) range of products produced by Schneider Electric for its customers and their projects.
This includes commissioning, technical on-site analysis, supervision during installation, resolving customer's issues, troubleshooting.
Regional Service Representative for ATS is primary focusing on complex & critical projects in the field of power installations (Transfer Switches, Low voltage cabinets)
Main responsibilities
* Perform Startup & Commissioning on all equipment across the entire ATS and LV product range
* Evaluate unit's installation (e.g.

* Evaluate system's installation & operational conditions

* Support customers in the installation, modification and repair of ATS & LV product range
