Le poste de Chef de Projet Développement au sein du métier Chaussure, c'est :
• Piloter le développement des produits finis, du dessin à la tête de série
• Assurer le soutien technique aux équipes Création tout au long de la mise au point
• Construire et suivre les plannings de développement et d'industrialisation
• Animer les réunions de lancement matières et produits finis avec l'ensemble des intervenants
• Réaliser les nomenclatures, les fiches techniques et codifier les structures, matières et composants au SKU
• Gérer le stock de développement
• Contribuer aux routines de l'équipe projet et formaliser les meilleures pratiques pour la direction

Vous maîtrisez le développement produit dans un environnement industriel structurant.
Vous combinez sensibilité produit, rigueur analytique et aisance relationnelle.
