ABOUT THIS ROLE
This role is responsible and accountable for ensuring master data integrity in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 throughout the entire data lifecycle for all areas of the ERP functionality.
These areas include Item Master, Customer Master, Vendor Master, BOM and Trade Agreements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Working with outsourced partners, ensure the physical and logical security of all infrastructure and systems are protected.
* Provide solid, functional analysis of system-related issues within AX environment, including analysis of AX integrations to ecommerce, retail, and non-AX WMS systems.
* C++ development background to address any coding deficiencies discovered during functional analysis.
* Proficient with multiple AX modules, including Financials, Trade Logistics
* Familiar with and able to design and develop custom integrations using the AX Application Integration Framework.
* Experience implementing AX and AOS environments; performance tuning servers and code desirable but not necessary.
* Develop AX upgrade plan, incorporating existing custom code where necessary.
* Ability to develop thorough test scripts and parameters for regression and migration testing.

CDD Sous-chef de secteur (H/F) 10h/19h - Chemillé
Attendus du poste :
Sous la responsabilité d’un chef de secteur, vous managez une équipe de coursiers et sous-traitants afin de réaliser les livraisons et enlèvements de l’agence dans le respect des délais et des procédures opérationnelles de DHL Express.
Missions :
Organisation :
* Planifie les ressources et les moyens en collaboration avec le Chef de secteur.
* Supervise la préparation des tournées de livraison : Contrôle le respect des procédures opérationnelles, assure l’équilibrage des routes (flex), assure le suivi des clients sensibles, autorise le départ des coursiers.
* Supervise le retour des tournées (Debrief) : Contrôle l’exhaustivité des informations de la journée, suivi des retours par routes (récurrences, motifs), anticipe et corrige les dysfonctionnements.
Valide la fin de journée des coursiers.
* Remplace les DL dans certaines situations
Management :
* Effectue des tournées en double (Coaching Ride)
Piotage :
* Suit les indicateurs de qualité et de productivité de son activité.
* Propose des axes d’amélioration
Indicateurs de performance / KPI :
* Indicateurs de qualité et productivité de son activité.
Profil du candidat :
* Expérience de la conduite et des procédures liées au métier de la route.
* Bon relationnel.
* Organisé, autonome et rigoureux.
* Sens du résultat.
* Bonne connaissance en informatique.
