Key Responsibilities Delivery & Customer Service Make accurate and on-time deliveries to customers.Stack, scan, and transport products safelyPlace product in designated temperature-controlled areas (cooler, freezer, dry storage, etc.).Issue credits and handle returns as directedPerform customer service functions including collections when required.Communicate with supervisor, manager or Transportation office any necessary information in a timely manner.
Schedule & Hours Delivery routes typically start between 2:00 4:00 AM; some routes may begin earlier or later depending on location.Drivers can expect to work 1012-hour shifts, averaging 5055 hours per week.Routes are primarily day routes.Monday - Friday; Home daily.Class A CDL with a good driving record is required.
Professional Representation Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.Maintain professional conduct with customers, the public, and coworkers.Follow company procedures, policies, and uniform requirements.
