Job Title: Software Engineering Manager
Job Summary: The Software Engineering Manager is responsible for directing software engineering tasks and participating in the design, development, and deployment of resources, tools, systems, and processes required to fulfill specific customer requirements.
The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in the industry, including a minimum of 3 years in a non-managerial role, with advanced technical knowledge of applications involving building operations (EBO) and HVAC systems.

Votre rôle :
Rattaché(e) au Future Offer Marketing Director (Serhan), vous serez en charge de la création de l'offre future/de la définition marketing du développement de nouveaux produits et de l'innovation pour les thèmes Drives Transversal et Innovation.
En tant que membre de l'équipe marketing du projet, vous contribuerez à l'établissement de notre feuille de route et à la définition de l'innovation future que notre activité devrait apporter au marché.
Vos missions :
* Tout au long du processus de développement d'un nouveau produit, diriger le contenu lié au marketing du projet/produit.
* Comprendre les tendances des segments et des concurrents ciblés en analysant les données du marché, les normes et les habitudes des clients.
* Préparer le mapping du paysage concurrentiel/ Comment la concurrence se positionne-t-elle/ Qui sont les clients de nos concurrents/ Pourquoi achètent-ils leurs produits (critères)/ Quels canaux ou comment aller sur le marché ?
* Se faire l'avocat du client en découvrant ses besoins, ses pain points et ses intentions d'achat, en collaborant avec l'équipe d'innovation pendant la phase d'exploration.
* Définir la proposition de valeur unique de la future ligne de produits et les modèles économiques permettant de réaliser notre ambition.

Missions
Rattachée à la Directrice de la Communication Interne France, l'alternant/te " Responsable gestion des canaux de communication interne " a pour mission la coordination et le déploiement des campagnes de communication interne, la création de leurs contenus en collaboration avec les différents business et fonctions de Schneider Electric France.
Détails des missions :
* Collaborer avec les différentes équipes pour assurer la cohérence des messages et des initiatives de communication interne ;
* Définir les stratégies de communication et des canaux de diffusion associés ;
* Coordonner et animer les comités de communication avec les CoE (centres d'expertise) RH et des autres fonctions et business de Schneider en France ;

Vous pouvez idéalement vous prévaloir de premières expériences au cours desquelles vous avez fait montre d'autonomie notamment dans la gestion de projets.
Compétences requises :
