The Security Technician is responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining security systems.
This includes access control systems, CCTV/video surveillance, intrusion alarms, fire alarms, networking components related to security systems, and other low-voltage equipment.
The role requires strong technical skills, customer service, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Configuration
* Install and program security systems including CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, access control hardware, intrusion alarms, and related software.
* Run, label, and terminate low-voltage cabling (CAT5/6, coaxial, fiber, etc.).
* Mount and align security devices such as cameras, sensors, card readers, and control panels.
* Configure network settings, IP addressing, and integrations with customer systems.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
* Perform system diagnostics and repairs on malfunctioning equipment.
* Conduct routine maintenance and preventive inspections on security systems.
* Identify and resolve connectivity issues, power failures, and hardware malfunctions.
* Test systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety standards.
Customer Service & Documentation
* Communicate clearly with clients regarding system operation, maintenance needs, and service issues.
* Provide on-site training to end users when required.
* Document installations, service calls, and system configurations using company software.
* Maintain accurate inventory of equipment, tools, and materials.
Safety & Compliance
* Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
* Ensure installations meet relevant building codes and manufacturer specifications.

Purpose:
Arizona Conservation Corps (AZCC) is an AmeriCorps program that engages motivated young adults, ages 18 - 30, to complete challenging and impactful conservation and service projects throughout the western United States.
AZCC crews serve in a variety of National Parks, National Forests, and other public areas.
Projects may include trail construction & maintenance, habitat improvement, hazardous fuels reduction, historic preservation, chemical and mechanical invasive plant removal, and local environmental service projects.
AZCC provides opportunities for members to learn about the local environment and conservation issues throughout the duration of the program.
Selected members are placed on a crew that will then collaborate to perform project work. The Veterans Fire Corps crew aims to retrain recent era military veterans for careers in conservation, fuels mitigation, and wildland firefighting.
VFC programs accomplish this goal by immersing participants in a conservation crew experience.
Description of Duties:
AZCC AmeriCorps members serve a term of National Service in the State of Arizona and across the Southwest on professionally supervised crews.
Members serve in all weather conditions, working on a variety of projects focused on environmental conservation and habitat restoration. This is a field program; members camp multiple days near their project site. Members are expected to complete project work and practice appropriate safety procedures in all areas. This includes safe use and maintenance of hand and power tools as necessary.
Most importantly, participants must be willing to be an active member of a team, or crew, of up to seven individuals from different areas and backgrounds who are all interested in conservation.
The Veterans Fire Corps is a multi-faceted and demanding crew, but with an opportunity for enormous rewards. Successful candidates will demonstrate high standards, compassion, excellent judgement, effective communication skills, initiative, and the desire to devote themselves (at least seasonally) to working alongside other military veterans, ages 18-35, in an environmental setting. Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our Industrial Automation business, with a specific focus on Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of VFD applications, a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the industrial sector, and exceptional relationship-building skills.
This role involves developing and executing regional sales strategies, fostering strong partnerships with key customers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional sales targets for LV and MV VFDs.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key Industrial segments (e.g., Oil & Gas, Water/Wastewater, Metals & Mining, Power Generation & New Energy Landscape).
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, including Users, Procurement, and senior executives at client organizations.
* Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide tailored VFD solutions that address their specific requirements.
* Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
* Collaborate closely with Internal teams, including Application Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Support, to ensure seamless customer experience.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
* Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.
* Manage sales budgets and resources effectively.

MISSION
The primary mission of this position is to lead Electro-mechanical design activities associated with the development and lifecycle management of Low Voltage (LV) Busways (or Busducts).
This role also involves ensuring that customer-specific needs regarding technology, cost, and quality are met while complying with IEC standards.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Create designs that address the requirements of the electrical distribution market as outlined in the product specifications.
* Accountable for the design, development, testing, documentation, and preparation for manufacturing.
* Practical experience in working with Low Voltage (LV) Busways and related equipment.
* Lead engineering analysis of design concepts by applying engineering principles and analysis tools and conduct in-depth design feasibility studies using Creo.
* Possess knowledge of manufacturing and tooling processes to design metallic and plastic components.
* Conduct Design for Cost and Design for Manufacture analyses on individual parts and assemblies, with the capability to suggest alternative materials and assembly methods.
* Develop and evaluate product qualification, certification, and reliability requirements through testing.
* Oversee the execution of prototype design, fabrication and testing.
* Diagnose issues and conduct root cause analysis to address failures in design concepts.
* Collaborate and engage with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, sourcing, finance, marketing, and vendors, to define requirements, validate designs, ensure manufacturing readiness, and support product launches.
* Create and maintain product documentation, including drawings, bills of materials (BOM), and design guides.
Requirement
* Experience in product design, production engineering, and value engineering.
* Familiarity with product design and development, quality assurance, value engineering, and cost analysis for Low Voltage Busways.
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes including stamping, moulding, machining, casting, and assembly, as well as tooling.
* Strong understanding of materials, including ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastics, and elastomers.
* Proficient in CAD/CAE software such as Creo and Ansys.
* Excellent project and design management skills.
* In-depth knowledge of IEC 61439-1/2/6 and other relevant IEC standards
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of simplifying complex concepts.
* Skilled in setting clear goals and communicating priorities.
* Experienced in the full product lifecycle, including scoping, feasibility studies, execution, and production establishment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, with a minimum of 10 to 12 years of relevant experience.
