POSITION PURPOSE
The Product Owner will execute the product roadmaps through the New Product Introduction (NPI) process to ensure our products meet customer requirements and offer BAC a competitive advantage. This person will analyze customer feedback, competitor positioning, and industry trends to find product solutions. This person will collaborate NPI teams as the voice of the customer and will make timely trade off decisions based on customer requirements, cost, and timing impacts. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Analyze customer feedback, anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements

* Experience working in an Agile environment using Scrum methodologies
* Experience in a global environment desirable
* BS Degree in a Technical or Science background
* Exceptional analytical capabilities with experience analyzing data, extracting relevant information, and simplifying for clarity
