Nemours is seeking a part-time Electrician (Sat-Sun 7P-7A) to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Wilmington, DE.
The Electrician will perform necessary electrical work within the scope of his/her license to to improve electrical safety, efficiency and minimize electrical interruptions.
Work shall include but not be limited to: the installation, repair and preventative maintenance, inspection, testing and operation of electrical equipment.
The location of work includes a healthcare environment, business occupancy, outpatient clinics, Ambulatory Surgery Center environment and other N/AIDHC buildings both on and off campus.
This work shall include but is not limited to: high voltage gear, generators, Automatic Transfer Switches, MCCs, adjustment of electrical units, electrical controls, components and wiring.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Working knowledge of electrical voltage system 24 vac to 4160 vac preferred.
* One year experience working as an Electrician required; five years preferred.
* Journeyman Electrician License required

We are seeking a full time Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist with special interest in pediatric and adolescent hematology to join our team at the Lisa Dean Moseley Foundation Institute for Cancer and Blood Disorders at Nemours Children's Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware.
Responsibilities will include diagnosis and management of a range of benign hematology conditions in the inpatient and outpatient settings.
Comfort with inpatient management of pediatric oncology and transplant is a must.
Interest in adolescent hematology and collaboration with adolescent medicine and gynecology within a combined adolescent hematology clinic is also welcomed.

Nemours Children's Health, Jacksonville is seeking a Pediatric Anesthesiologist to work in partnership with Wolfson Children's' Hospital.
The Department of Anesthesiology at Nemours Jacksonville serves one of the fastest growing areas in Florida.
The current operating room and interventional capacity includes 10 inpatient OR's and 5 ambulatory OR's/GI endoscopy suites, one interventional radiology suites as well as a cardiac catheterization suite.
In addition, anesthesia provides care in three MRI's and in the hematology/oncology clinic.
Additionally, we are looking to expand into off campus ambulatory surgery centers to keep pace with our rapidly expanding case volumes.
We are a free-standing institution serving a diverse pediatric population undergoing a wide range of procedures.
Our staff provides anesthesia to approximately 15,000 children per year while managing their own cases with teaching responsibilities to anesthesia residents from Mayo Clinic and other anesthesiology residencies.
Interest and/or experience in education, research, and programmatic development would be ideal as we work to further develop our programs in these areas.

The Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Nemours Children's Health is a 24-bed unit in a Level 1 Trauma Center.

Patients requiring care and surveillance in the PICU will have conditions and diagnoses which may include, but are not limited to, those producing: acute and reversible loss of consciousness, respiratory failure, compromised air exchange, cardiovascular dysfunction, hepatic failure, hemodynamic instability, renal dysfunction, central nervous system injury or dysfunction, acute trauma and organ failure requiring transplantation.
Treatments or interventions performed in the PICU include measures utilizing advanced life support technology.
These include, but are not limited to cardiopulmonary resuscitation, tracheal intubation, ECMO, pharmacologic support of circulation, mechanical ventilation, point of care monitoring, CRRT, thoracentesis, and hemodynamic, intracranial pressure, intravascular monitoring.

Job Description:
* Assist patients with activities of daily living (bath, feed, play, etc) and provide other patient care as directed.
* Prepare rooms for patient admissions assuring that the room is clean and proper equipment is set up for patient's needs.
* Participate in comfort rounds, if applicable.
* Perform vital signs and reports abnormalities to assigned RN.
* Record intake and output of patients as directed by RN.

* Transport patients to other unit locations and escorts discharged patients to car.
