• Incorporates doctor-prescribed treatment plan for general dentistry patients with insurance and financing.
• Communicates effectively with patients and/or legal guardian regarding proposed treatment plan and associated financial cost.

• Informs patient of their fiscal responsibilities with respect to their particular insurance coverage.

• Prepares and delivers reports on time.
• Assists with commencing same day patient treatment and scheduling follow-up appointments.
• Create and follow up with Medicaid pre-authorizations.

• Documents financial arrangements on the Patient Financial Arrangements form.

Provide excellent customer service to the general public regarding PSTA’s services. Interact with customers on the phone from PSTA’s call center, and in person at PSTA’s bus terminals in Pinellas County.
Essential Functions
Answers phones and gives detailed information to the public about using the PSTA bus system; reads maps and utilizes GoogleTransit to give directions.
Sells fare cards, tokens, special event tickets and processes Photo Identification Cards for employees and the public at PSTA Customer Service centers, and performs cashiering duties.

Desired Qualifications:Experience working in a call center environment, providing information and answering customer inquiries. Stable job history. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Knowledge of: Business telephone equipment; general office procedures; basic computer operations, POS system, and cash handling experienced required.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Functions
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to:
* Provide orientation and instructions to PFA, PFI, and SVP petitioners in person and by telephone, both in English and Spanish.
* Assist PFA, PFI, and SVP petitioners by typing petitions on the statewide Protection from Abuse database (PFAD) and Omni Forms. This includes translating from Spanish to English as needed.
* Assist PFA, PFI, and SVP petitioners with applying for Emergency orders with the Magisterial District Judges as needed.
* Maintain statistics regarding PFA, PFI, and SVP filings.
* Other duties as assigned, including being cross-trained to assist with other Family Court responsibilities.
