Customer Care Center (CCC) is a vital department of sales at CIVCO.
Customer Care Center is the frontline assistance to our customers.
Customer Care Coordinator will be a part of the CCC Team that handles external customer care, internal customer care, and administrative activities pertaining to customers and orders.
How You’ll Work:
This role is 100% in-office position located in our Coralville location. Regular attendance is required for the ability complete work.
This role requires face-to-face interaction with team members, peers and management to complete work and provide support
What You’ll Do:
* Enter orders, credits, and returns in Infor received by fax, email, and/or phone; communicating with the customer on CIVCO's ability to meet the terms of the order/return, schedule shipments, and coordinate with cross-functional groups within CIVCO to assure that orders are processed in accordance with the terms of the order/returns; probe and ask for additional orders/products.
* Take inbound calls from customers and efficiently and effectively resolve any needs the customer has.
* Resolve customer complaints by negotiating resolution of the complaint within the authority of the position and document the complaint in the appropriate report or quality system form.
Arrange for product returns and processing credit memos.
* Answer incoming requests to chat via Website Chat and resolve any requests coming in through the chat function.
When appropriate, send the inquiry to sales team for further upsell opportunities.
* Provide excellent internal customer service by being responsive and providing solutions to incoming requests from various departments within CIVCO.
* Create and send quotes to field sales team in a timely manner.
* Keep all product and price information up to date. Study the features and benefits of the product line so accurate information can be communicated to customers.

Position Summary:
The Vision Center’s Operations Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and coordinating the daily operations of the department under the supervision of the Administrative Director.
The coordinator will work with providers and other staff to ensure the department provides excellent patient care.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing patient flow
• Reviews daily schedules for missing scans, post-op notes or inappropriate appointment bookings.
Prints BMC post-op or ophthalmology notes; order notes from Medical Records when scans are not available in EPIC.
• Manages the department’s outgoing and incoming referrals as instructed by providers, this includes scheduling appointments, submitting supporting documents, and patient outreach.

The opportunity
As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers…so that your customers can focus on running their business.
A typical day at IWG
You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to make sure everything is ready and check there’s nothing the cleaners have missed.
Customers arrive all throughout the morning.
One asks you for a changed WiFi code.
Another wants to know if his important package has arrived.
A woman needs directions to her meeting room… and can you help her set up the projector and show her where to find a great cup of coffee. You’re off to help her get set-up, as soon as you connect the incoming call to another customer.
You may sure that all of the services are properly charged, so that invoices are accurate.
It’s time for a quick coffee break, relax and enjoy a few minutes to yourself.
The mail arrives.
You sort through it while dealing with a whole host of other customer requests, remembering to email the customer from earlier to let him know his package is waiting for him in his mailbox.
And that’s lunch.
A new wave of customers arrive throughout the afternoon.
You help a customer with printing and another with their invoice.
A customer in a team room say it’s too hot in their office, no problem you are on it and open a ticket in our service portal.
You’ve earned yourself another quick coffee break, relax and enjoy a few minutes to yourself.
Early afternoon, you sit down with the Community Manager to discuss the organization of next week’s networking event in your center.
You plan and write the e-invites to customers, then create, print and put-up posters on the noticeboards around the center. To your excitement, the Community Manager is coming around the corner with a prospect (someone interested in joining the IWG community), you share a few details about what makes this space so amazing for your customers and encourage them to join the network soon so they can participate in next week’s networking event – then you head back to finish putting up your posters.

Position Summary:
Provides Neighborhood PACE participants with in-home assistance with ADLs and IADLs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Consistently monitors participant ADL/IADL care plans and follows plan of care as stated.Documents care provided on participant flow sheets.
* Check the health aide voicemail at the beginning of each shift and every two hours until the end of the shift.
Reports any abnormal findings, alterations in participant status and/or care refusal to the team in a timely fashion by reporting to the appropriate day center call in line or Nurse On Call when applicable.
* Assists participants with ADLs per assignment, as defined in ADL/IADL care plan and as needed, for example when a participant requests assistance with toileting.
* Accompanies participants to appointments as assigned.
* Carries out simple treatments under the direction of nursing staff, including simple catheter care, skin assessments during personal care.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* High School graduate or equivalent required.
* Current certification as a H.H.A.
/C.N.A.
from an approved program.
