This position starts with an extensive hands-on training program where you will begin in the role of a Recruiter Trainee.
During this period, you will work with an Onboarding Coach to learn and perform the fundamentals of recruiting.

Technical Service Specialist
La risorsa si occuperà dello sviluppo e della validazione di adesivi e sigillanti per il settore nautico.
Principali attività:
* Supportare la Ricerca e Sviluppo nello sviluppo di nuovi prodotti;
* Caratterizzare, testare e validare adesivi e sigillanti ad altre prestazioni;
* Gestire prove di laboratorio (interne ed esterne) e analizzare i risultati;
* Supportare l’assistenza tecnica su problematiche applicative;
* Partecipare, quando necessario, a prove applicative presso i cantieri;
* Contribuire alla documentazione tecnica e alle linee guida applicative.
Requisiti richiesti:
* Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel settore: adesivi, sigillanti, materiali polimerici;
* Conoscenza di sistemi puliuretanici, MS polymer e siliconici;
* Esperienza su test di laboratorio ai fini della caratterizzazione e validazione prestazionale;
* Approccio pratico e capacità di problem solving tecnico;
* Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte nel territorio nazionale e internazionale;
* Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
