The Scheduler/Dispatcher will be responsible for the operational and administrative support functions.
The Scheduler/Dispatcher takes calls from internal and external stakeholders and determines the necessary service logistics, communicates, and manages associated workflows, schedules Agents, tracks and reports assignment/project outcomes, and assists with the overall successful delivery and execution of security-related services.
This position will have a hybrid work schedule (in office/remote).
Essential Functions:

Perform metrics tracking, data entry, and electronic reporting.
10.
Support all department and Company goals and objectives.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; some Postsecondary education preferred.

JOB SUMMARYÂ
The Packaging Mechanic I, II, or III is a key member of the packaging team, and is responsible for repairs, maintenance of equipment in the Packaging Department, and ensuing that all department equipment functions properly to meet production requirements. The Mechanic also maintains equipment to meet SOP and cGMP specifications, troubleshoots, and diagnoses equipment failure able to source problems and repair equipment. This Mechanic should be proficient in dismantling and reassembling equipment and using appropriate tools to perform repairs.Â
RESPONSIBILITIES AND LEARNING OPPORTUNITIESÂ
* Works in a team environment with management to ensure departmental goals are prioritized and met.
* Gives direction and support to the other mechanics when needed.
* Ensures that machines are properly maintained and PMâs are performed and documented monthly.
* Serves as primary troubleshooter for all equipment in the department.
Contacts equipment vendors when mechanical problems arise.
* Performs required analysis of all electrical, electronic and mechanical components in the event of equipment failure.
* Establish and perform preventive maintenance on all equipment to ensure proper operation and minimal downtime.
* Performs set-ups and changeovers of all machines in accordance with schedule demands.
* Advises packaging management of equipment performance, problems and status.
* Participates in the installation and debugging of new or modified equipment.
* Follows department SOPâs, cGMP and safety practices.Â

BASIC FUNCTION: Scraping, washing, and distributing dishes, glassware, and silverware, pots and pans. Assists all kitchen staff in provision of exceptional dining experiences for guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Maintain food service area floors. Ensure that floors are swept and mopped prior to the end of each shift and that they are clean and safe.
* Maintain dishwashing area in a clean and organized manner, including storage of cutlery and china.
* Clean pots and pans according to high temperature sanitation requirements.
* Ensure all areas of the food service department are kept at a high level of cleanliness. Dispose of waste from food service area prior to the end of each shift. Keep waste and trash receptacles cleaned and covered at all times.
* Ensure that dishwasher is cleaned at the end of each shift, that proper washing temperatures and chemical levels are maintained at all times, and that information is recorded on assigned log sheets.
* Reports to supervisor immediately any malfunction of dishwasher or any food service equipment or device. Dispose of all broken dishware immediately and report loss to supervisor.
* Stores clean dishware, cutlery, utensils and pots and pans safely and according to established procedures.
* Maintain dishware and cutlery levels at appropriate and accurate level.
* Carries serving trays with 4-5 entrée plates from the cooks serving station to the dining room.
* Deliver and pickup room service trays.
* Assist Waitstaff and Diet Aides in moving meals to and from food service department.
* Performs other duties as may be assigned by Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor.
