Development Officer - Corps of Cadets This position is located onsite in College Station, Texas The Texas A&M Foundation is seeking a Development Officer to support the Corps of Cadets, with flexibility to hire at the level of Associate Development Officer, Assistant Director of Development, or Director of Development depending on the selected candidate's experience, skillset, and demonstrated success in fundraising.
In this role, you will serve as an ambassador of the Texas A&M Foundation and Texas A&M University, helping unite donor generosity with university priorities in support of the Corps of Cadets.
Across all levels, this position plays a critical role in building meaningful donor relationships, advancing philanthropic support, and aligning donor passions with impactful opportunities that strengthen the Corps and its mission.

Sobre ti
Serás responsable por:
* Conducir el montacargas acarreando las materias primas hacia las Fajas Transportadoras u otro lugar según especificaciones.
* Mantener el orden de los diferentes lotes de fibra en el patio de recortería.
* Descargar correctamente el tráiler de fibras provenientes de la planta de acopio.
* Apoyar en tareas de evacuación de residuos de depuración del área de preparación de pastas.
* Apoyar en diferentes tareas en donde se vea involucrada la maquinaria a su cargo.
* Verificar los niveles, batería, aceite, agua, presión de llantas, combustible, del vehículo asignado a su cargo registrando correctamente en su formato de pre uso.
* Mantener estrecha comunicación con el mecánico de vehículos de la planta (mantenimiento) para el correcto funcionamiento de la máquina.
* Efectuar y mantener la limpieza del área del patio de recortería.
* Efectuar el inventario de fibras al iniciar el turno.
* Efectuar el correcto registro de cosumo de fibras.
* Cumplir con los lineamientos de las BPMs reportando condiciones subestándar.
* Cumplir con lo estipulado en el Sistema General de Centerlining-Lean además de los procedimientos e instructivos establecidos para el control y seguimiento del proceso para garantizar el cumplimiento de OEE, Waste y de las especificaciones de las bobinas.
* Reportar todo incidente y accidente, en forma oportuna y por muy menor que sea.
* En determinadas situaciones, según las necesidades del Área, se podrán realizar otras funciones o desempeñarse en otra posición, de acuerdo a lo indicado por el jefe inmediato.
