Position Description:
The Maintenance Supervisor will provide front-line engineering support to their team of Craft Technicians, developing an effective partnership between Maintenance Engineering, Operations, Quality, Safety, and technical services.
The Maintenance team execute, predictive, planned, and reactive maintenance works across all manufacturing equipment within Speke Manufacturing areas.

Maintenance Engineering Supervision

Public and Common Areas
* Clean and maintain lobby, restrooms, drinking fountains, and floors throughout the day.
* Ensure handrails are clean and free of debris.
Resident Rooms and Bathrooms
* Keep rooms and bathrooms clean and tidy.
* Remove dust, dirt, food, or debris from walls, mirrors, windows, and light fixtures.
General Cleaning Tasks
* Empty trash cans and replace liners.
* Sweep and mop floors.
* Clean towel bars, towel dispensers, and other fixtures.
* Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
Safety and Reporting
* Use caution signage and ensure chemicals/supplies are out of residents' reach.
* Report safety issues or concerns to the Director of Housekeeping, Administrator, or Director of Nursing immediately.
* Notify the Director of Housekeeping when supplies need replenishing.
Education and Experience
* Required: High School Diploma or GED.
* Preferred: Experience in a long-term care facility.
