Purpose:
Stewards Individual Placements (SIP) provides individuals with service and career opportunities to strengthen communities and preserve our natural resources.
This opportunity is brought in partnership with the NPS Historic Preservation Training Center (HPTC) which is dedicated to the safe preservation and maintenance of national parks or partner facilities by demonstrating outstanding leadership, delivering quality preservation services, and developing educational courses that fulfill the competency requirements of service employees in the career fields of Historic Preservation Skills, Risk Management, Maintenance, and Planning, Design, and Construction.
The Historic Preservation Training Center (HPTC) is a division under the Park Planning, Facilities and Lands (PPFL) directorate of the National Park Service (NPS).
HPTC offers skilled day labor services in the preservation trades, architecture, and project management fields to preserve and maintain our nation's historic resources.
Our skilled staff use our project work as a vehicle to train others in preservation philosophy, preservation technology, the traditional trades, and project management skills.
Projects type and locations will vary across the National Park Service locations, including but not limited to Indiana Dunes National Park, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, and Voyageurs National Park.
Roofing, window repairs, log cabin repair, flooring repairs/refinishing, and painting will be conducted with this position.
Results of these products will follow the National Park Service mission of preserving unimpaired the natural and cultural resources of the National Park System for the enjoyment, education, and inspiration of this and future generations.

The goals of the Mobile Crisis Team are diversion of unnecessary hospitalizations and arrests, engagement in services, symptom reduction, and stabilization, restoring individuals to a previous level of functioning, and developing the coping mechanisms to minimize or prevent the crisis in the future.
The Mobile Crisis Team strives to build strong relationships and a successful reputation in providing efficient and quality crisis services within a five-county region.
We serve Cayuga, Cortland, Madison, Onondaga and Oswego counties.
Mobile Crisis Clinician/Licensed Responder Position Summary:
The Mobile Crisis Clinician will work alongside Mobile Crisis Specialists and Peers and is primarily responsible for conducting clinical assessments and providing crisis intervention services.
The Licensed Clinician/Licensed Responder will respond to individuals in crisis telephonically or in-person, or via telehealth as needed.
Additional follow-up services may be provided depending on the level of need.
This is a per diem position with flexible scheduling options.

Job Kitting: This individual will be responsible for kitting parts for each of the maintenance windows designated for maintenance to be performed.

Parts kitting will be conducted at the designated location to accumulate parts prior to scheduling the work.
2.
Have designated tubs for each millwright: Place parts into the tubs for each job assigned to the millwright.
Have all parts in each tub prior to the start of the maintenance window.
3.
Project kitting: Set aside a pallet in the old planer for each project.
Collect all the parts and place them onto the pallet for each designated job.

What You Will Do
* Lead full-scope field execution across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines on complex utility-scale solar and energy storage projects, with clear ownership of outcomes.
* Partner closely with onsite Safety, Quality, and Logistics teams, along with remote functional partners, to align field execution, resolve issues quickly, and ensure consistent delivery against project safety, quality, schedule, and cost expectations.
* Build, develop, and retain high-performing Superintendent teams by setting clear expectations, coaching decision-making, and driving accountability for results.
* Own project performance-safety, schedule, quality, cost, and environmental compliance-through disciplined planning, three-week look-ahead execution, and proactive risk management.
* Conduct weekly site risk assessments, updating and maintaining the Risk & Opportunity (R&O) log in coordination with the Site and Project Management teams to proactively manage exposure.
* Lead environmental compliance for the project, ensuring SWPPP, permits, erosion control, and regulatory requirements are planned, executed, and enforced in coordination with Environmental and Safety teams.
