* Maintain confidentiality of all resident information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:
* Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent (10th grade education minimum).
* Valid CNA or STNA license in accordance with state laws.
* CPR certification preferred.
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
* Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
* Physical ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds and perform other physical tasks as required.

General Purpose
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by

Essential Duties
