Full job description :
As a Caregiver at Colonial Vista Senior Living, you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to our residents, assisting them with daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, and a positive environment.
Responsibilities:
* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
* Provide mobility assistance, including transfers, repositioning, and walking support.
* Support residents with meals, including serving, feeding (if needed), and ensuring hydration.
* Monitor and report changes in residents' health, behavior, or needs to HSD.
* Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to resident care, such as tidying rooms and changing linens.
* Engage residents in conversation, activities, and companionship to promote social interaction.
* Follow all safety, infection control, and emergency procedures.
* Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
* Collaborate with the care team to ensure residents' comfort and well-being.
Qualifications:
* Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required—on-the-job training available.
* Ability to lift, move, or assist residents safely.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
