The Direct Support Professional (DSP) â Community position helps adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities foster independence.
You will be there every step of the way in Philadelphia day programs as our individuals gain valuable new skills.
Work with a team of creative and reliable professionals to help our adults grow, learn and connect with others in their community.

Responsibilities include implementing goal plans, completing progress notes, assisting with personal care, and preparing activity schedules.
Qualifications:
⢠Must be 18 years of age
⢠High school diploma or equivalent
⢠Valid driverâs license and good driving record
⢠Eligibility for State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History Clearance
⢠FBI clearance required for individuals who do not meet PA residency requirements

What you'll need:Â (Qualifications)
* Must be 18 years or older.
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Pre-hire Clearances: State Police Criminal Record Check, Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Clearance (if you have not lived in PA for the past 2 years).
* Ability to pass Medication Administration and CPR/First Aid Certification
