Assists the Director of Sales or Director of Sales and Marketing in management of all sales activities and events including direct sales, sales solicitation, sales administration, public relations and management of the sale team. Also to manage sales activities and events in line with the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed budget and sales strategy for your hotel

Essential Functions of the Job:

* Must be able to manage multiple design consultants to complete detailed and permitted construction plans
* Must be able work in a client office environment
* During project startup, understand the client critical success factors and prepare an effective project management plan
