Job Summary
Stewart is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Agency Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in fostering the growth and success of independent title agencies by promoting Stewart's comprehensive suite of services and solutions.
Leveraging a consultative sales approach, you will analyze market trends while discovering specific needs to identify new opportunities and cultivate lasting relationships with title agencies.
The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor, passionately dedicated to helping agencies navigate daily challenges, enhance operational efficiency, and drive sustained business growth.
Job Responsibilities
* Relationship Development: Prospect for and develop new agency relationships by establishing a foundation of trust, enabling collaborative problem-solving, education, and the implementation of innovative solutions.
* Consultative Sales & Support: Serve as a primary consultant to title agents, attorneys, and real estate professionals, providing expert guidance on regulatory compliance, technology integration, marketing support, and adherence to title industry best practices.
* Business Growth & Strategy: Focus on assisting agents with the day-to-day challenges of running a title agency while also actively helping them grow their business by presenting a wide selection of Stewart's tools, expertise, and resources designed to build client relationships and increase repeat business.
