Funciones:
· Comunicación con los proveedores internacionales del cliente y con los agentes a fin de conocer el status de la carga.
· Seguimiento a nivel de orden de compra y envío de reportes de status (retrasos, adelantos, etc.).
· Coordinar por cada embarque, que los usuarios envíen por correo electrónico al In House los siguientes documentos: HAWB o HBL, Factura comercial, Packing list y cualquier información adicional referente a la carga para validaciones y gestiones del proceso de desaduanaje con documentos limpios, esto incluye restringidos como IMO, IQBF, Gases.
· Contactar a los Forwarders para envío de información referente a las cargas, como ejemplo: Itinerario de las cargas, copia del BL, emisión de los bls originales, direccionamientos, aviso de llegadas etc., mantener en copia al usuario.
· Verificar el ETA de las cargas y solicitar el Volante post arribo en caso de Importaciones aéreas.
· Preparar los documentos para envío a la Agencia de Aduanas (incluye lugar de entrega, traducción cuando corresponda, la aplicación del seguro y la confirmación de si aplica o no regalías).
· Coordinar con el cliente interno la Programación de entrega de cargas marítimas y aéreas dentro del plazo, e informar al usuario.
· Comunicar las urgencias marítimas, reportar demoras en embarques y seguimiento hasta su entrega al cliente.
· Entre otras funciones que su jefe inmediato determine.

This role will be a key player in both the strategic development and compliant execution of environmental permits for data center projects in the Reno metro area during their construction phase.
The ECM will support environmental compliance programs associated with the construction of large-scale data center infrastructure projects.
