In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable and secure operation of IT infrastructure supporting critical plant control systems.
You will work closely with plant operations teams in the deployment, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of systems in Process Control Network (PCN) environments.
The ideal candidate will bring their breadth of knowledge and experience to support both on-site and remote system infrastructure running in 24x7x365 environments.

As an Integration Specialist you will:
* Work with Internal resources to define and implement the mapping format of data exchanged between TrueCommerce’s Translator and the customers ERP.
* Create and modify data mapping based on the customer’s specifications, their business and operational needs.
* To include, adapting EDI Data flow to the customer’s ERP for inbound integrations (such as Purchase Orders), and adapting data to match EDI requirements for outbound data (such as invoices and ASNs) FROM the customer’s ERP.
* Migration of data from customers test environments to production environment.
* Provide accurate and timely logging of problems and their resolution.Diagnose, document, and manage customer needs requiring other TrueCommerce technical resources during a deployment/migration.
* Provide regular status reports on current integration projects.
* Well-developed independent troubleshooting skills
* Ability to manage workload and task schedule, confident and independent decision-making skills to complete assigned tasks.
* Strong organizational and time management skills to manage scheduled appointments and customer needs.
* Strong logical ability to analyze and predict product implementation roadblocks and action items.
Working time: 10:00 PM – 07:00 AM.

Requirements for Success:
* Good English (TOEIC 750 or IELTS 6.5)
* Good logical thinking
* Ability to train customers and level I/II resources on product features and functionality.
* Knowledge of a variety of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), E-Commerce and/or shipping solutions.
And big plus if you have:
* IT Background/Data Analyst skills
* EDI background or an understanding of standardized data storage processing
* Experience in vendor/supplier business processes

Job Title: Air Export Specialist
Job Location: Atlanta, Georgia

As an Air Export Specialist you will be responsible for the movement of our customer’s air export shipments.
You will be the main point of contact for coordination between customer’s shipment exports and shipping carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Completes coordination between all applicable parties for all air export shipments for our customers; ensures timely bookings with airline on customer behalf
* Prepares export documentation in accordance to country requirements as well as the preparation of Certificate of Origin, Cargo Manifest, NAFTA Certificate, Airway Bill and any other documents required by the customer
* Compliant filing of AES (automated electronic system) export customs
* Responsible for timely completion of export documents and coordinate with both customer and/or warehouse for timely delivery of cargo
* Communicates regularly with customer in regards to customer’s shipment status as well as continuous communication with overseas to meet delivery commitments; follow-up with airline to monitor and track departure and arrival information and updates
* Ensures invoicing of rendered services is completed accurately and in a timeframe consistent with company policy.
* Ensure customer profiles are accurate and updated
* Meet all KPI’s assigned and audited by the Control Tower
Skills / Requirements:
* 1+ year experience in the transportation, logistics, or freight forwarding industry and air export experience required
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Detail oriented and strong follow-up skills
* Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Cargo Wise systems knowledge is a plus
Pay Range: $23.36 - $31.14/hr.
