As a Coin Processor, you work with your team to maintain inventory in our cash vaults for our Loomis customers
Responsibilities
* Count, sort, and handle coin bags weighing 50 pounds
* Manage the proper storage of pallets of boxed coin
Requirements
• Repetitiously lift, without assistance, at least 50 pounds from floor level to 3-4 foot level
• Ability to move bulk coin with hand carts or manual pallet jacks

* Draft preliminary layouts and engineer contracted and presale projects.
* Prepare equipment requirements for projects.
* Under guidance, supervise specific project tasks and collaborate with other key personnel to ensure project requirements are met.

Training and Standards (25%)

Qualifications

* Computer Skills: Familiarity with Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD).
* Other Requirements: Problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and PC proficiency are a plus.

MISSONS :
Le responsable approvisionnement et logistique pilote la sélection et sécurisation des matières, qui sont au cœur du processus de création et de l'ADN de Petit h.
Il s'assure de l'adéquation entre largeur de l'offre, pilier du processus de création, et de la profondeur de l'offre, nécessaire à la production.
Dans ce cadre il interagit avec tous les pôles du métier Petit (y compris notre atelier interne), la communauté des Métiers Hermès, ainsi que nos partenaires externes (façonniers, tanneries, pôle logistique...).
Dans ce cadre, il :
* Manage une équipe composée de 4 personnes - 3 gestionnaires de stock et approvisionnement et une coordinatrice matières & couleurs
* Pilote les approvisionnements matières (cuir, textile, pièces métalliques, cristal, etc) grâce à un lien étroit avec tous les métiers de la Maison.
Il anime la communauté de " donneurs " et partage avec eux le cahier des charges des besoins (réglementation matières, mouvements informatiques, prix de cession, etc)
* Cadence et planifie la préparation des matières pour honorer la demande de production.
Dans ce cadre, il travaille en étroite collaboration avec le responsable production externe et la chef de projets production interne.
* Assure une bonne tenue des stocks physiques et informatiques dans le respect des procédures, à ce titre il est en lien avec le data manager et le contrôle de gestion.
* Participe à la démarche RSE du métier et gère les dons, recyclages de matières, etc.

Pilotage des Approvisionnements Matières :
* Il anime une communauté d'interlocuteurs dédiés au sein des Métiers du Groupe et renforce les liens pour favoriser et fluidifier les échanges.
* Il est force de proposition pour développer de nouveaux flux d'approvisionnement.
* Il quantifie en amont de chaque approvisionnement les besoins pour la production et la création.
* Il assure avec son équipe les entrées de stock matières liées à ces approvisionnements en veillant à conserver les informations essentielles au bon fonctionnement de l'activité (données réglementaires, conversion en référence métier Petit h, etc).
Préparation des Matières :
* Il cadence et partage à son équipe le planning des préparations matières.
Il s'assure de la qualité de ces préparations et en cas de pic d'activité vient en soutien de son équipe.
