JOB SUMMARY : As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational and financial aspects of an assigned property.
This typically involves managing properties with 300-499 units and ensuring that all company goals related to the property are met.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein.
Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by Harbor Group Management Company.
* Operate the property within the financial guidelines and approved budget.
* Facilitate optimum performance of the property in areas such as personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting, and compliance.
* Manage vendor/contractor relationships concerning work scheduling, billing, and certificates of insurance.
* Design, implement and maintain a resident retention program.
* Perform physical inspections of the property and verify the condition of vacant apartments.
* Perform evictions, utility cut-offs, and landlord liens as required on delinquent rentals.
QUALIFICATIONS : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Ensure that all employees follow established policies and procedures governing the release of information.
Organize and implement continuing internal communications through the use of bulletin boards, house organs, committee meetings, newsletters, brochures, public announces, etc.
Schedule and participate in departmental meetings concerning our marketing and public relations programs and activities.
Provide creative support for activity and social services departments in developing resident programs, publications, etc., as necessary.
Maintain an adequate liaison with families, residents, and community and civic leaders.
Participate in community service and civic groups to obtain information and seek support of these groups in charitable activities on behalf of the facility.
Contact the news media when new programs, promotions, etc., are implemented within the facility that will be beneficial to the facility and community alike.
Keep the Administrator informed of newspaper, radio and television accounts of noteworthy items of general interest that may have an impact on our facility or the regulations that govern our facility.

This hybrid role will require the incumbent candidate to come into the local Cigna office 3 days per week.
As a Sales Client Account Support Senior Analyst, your main job is to help our clients and sales team work better together.
You will be in charge of a group of clients and make sure they get the help they need.
This means answering questions, solving problems, and making sure they are happy with our services.
You'll work closely with brokers (people who help sell our services), your manager, and other teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.
You'll also help fix problems before they get bigger and find out why they happened so we can stop them from happening again.
This job is important because it helps keep our clients happy, which helps our company grow.
You'll need to be good at talking with people, staying organized, and thinking ahead.
You'll also need to understand how our products work so you can explain them clearly and help clients use them the right way.

* Strong speaking and writing skills.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.

This position serves as an integral member of the Provider Contracting Team and reports to the Vice President, Network Management, Liberty Valley.
This role is a member of the Liberty Valley Network Management leadership team and is accountable for contracting and network management activities for multiple local geographies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Directly manages a contracting team and geography, providing leadership, mentoring, and development opportunities to their direct reports.
* Accountability for managing contracting and network management activity supporting Commercial contracting and other products/initiatives as applicable to market.

* Manages key provider relationships and is accountable for interface with providers and business staff.
* Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of providers in an assigned geographic area through understanding the interrelationships as well as the competitive landscape.
