Cable One, Inc.
dba Sparklight seeks Network Automation Engineer for its Phoenix, AZ office.
Develop software automation solutions for configuring and monitoring the company's network devices, reducing manual tasks, and improving service delivery and reliability.
Integrate internally developed Python scripts and 3rd party Python libraries with automation platforms to automate routine tasks, saving time and increasing productivity.
Develop, verify, and write automation workflows including Cisco NSO(Network Service Orchestrator) to streamline network operations, adhering to the company standards.
Gather requirements from stakeholders from different teams for analysis and to understand specific automation needs and desired outcomes prior to development.
Create a detailed workflow design, considering factors such as data flow, decision points, and error handling.
Test the workflows in a controlled environment to ensure they function as expected using testing frameworks (e.g.
Pytest, Flask), identify any issues, and troubleshoot and resolve any errors or unexpected behavior during testing.
Create clear and concise documentation for the workflow, including instructions for use, troubleshooting steps, and dependencies.
Identify opportunities for network operational teams to minimize or eliminate repetitive work through automation scripts.
Evaluate the potential for automating tasks based on technical factors and ROI(Return on Investment) to assess feasibility.
Document automation processes include detailed description of workflows input/output parameters, error handling, and troubleshooting steps; and follow a consistent format (e.g.
templates, style guides, etc.) to ensure clarity and readability.
Employee may work from home and can be based anywhere in the U.S.
Requires Master's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or related.
Must have 24 months of experience in an occupation related to Network Infrastructure Deployment Orchestration.

Position Overview:
The Wax Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the Wax department to ensure production efficiency, product quality, and adherence to safety and company standards.

Primary Purpose:
A Sandblaster does surface preparation of titanium castings prior to and following chem milling parts using a material mixture of coarse sand and compressed air.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Uses sandblast machine to clean material surface.
* Moves parts (titanium castings) to various areas of the facility.
* Processes parts out of a dryer after chem milling.
* Handles paperwork to ensure documentation is complete and correct.
* Masks castings as directed by the Dimensional Inspection department.
* Assists with general departmental clean-up which may include sweeping and shoveling of debris.
* Be accountable for working safely by following all safety rules and safe work practices.
* Inventories supply items.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Plan, direct, and coordinate all facility maintenance to ensure proper safety, sanitation, and mechanical functions for the facility including equipment, buildings, and grounds.

* Review the effectiveness of maintenance systems on a day-to-day basis, to ensure quality work is being conducted.
Recommend changes to systems and processes for improved performance.
* Assist with project planning in support of maintenance, automation, and facilities teams.
