Facility Maintenance Repair II

The Facility Maintenance Repair II at our Dolton, IL Facility will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repairs on equipment throughout the facility.

We are searching for a safety-minded individual with mechanical knowledge to learn and grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
Diagnose and repair issues involving HVAC, electrical panels, motors, pumps, screws, and production machinery.
Lead or assist in special projects, equipment installations, and upgrades.
Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Monitor inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, and coordinate procurement as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Train junior maintenance staff and act as a subject matter expert in technical areas.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls during and outside of normal working hours.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and external contractors as needed.
