We have a great epilepsy team with 4 epileptologists, one functional neurosurgeon, 2 APPs, experienced EEG technologists and nurses.
We have a 6 bed EMU and ROSA.
We expect to be testing around 50 phase 1 patients a year.
At least 50% of the Neuropsychologist's time will be devoted to this work.
Additionally, this position will support other clinical programs like neuromuscular, neuroimmunology and headache.
The bulk of the current need is for general neurology patients with cognitive dysfunction and decline.
We have a busy outpatient practice with strong ancillary support including a dedicated Psychometrist, advanced practice providers (APP), nurses, certified EEG technicians, occupational and physical therapists, and social workers.
Faculty is expected to cover the inpatient service in rotation.
The inpatient team includes adult neurology resident, pediatric resident and medical students and APPs in the EMU.

Dans le cadre de sa mission, il/elle collabore étroitement avec les autres Contrôleurs de gestion de la DAF, les Directeurs de domaine du pôle et leurs responsables budgétaires, mais aussi avec les équipes comptables du Groupe Hermès.
MISSIONS PRINCIPALES
Aide au pilotage financier de la DSI sur les domaines qui lui seront confiés
* Animation des processus budgétaires et des phases prévisionnelles (estimés et plan à 3 ans) et consolidation des remontées.
* Analyse des données budgétaires et construction de reportings et tableaux de bord adaptés
* Il/elle est garant(e) de la fiabilité des informations qu'il/elle produit et est par ailleurs force de proposition pour les faire évoluer (en rapidité, fiabilité et pertinence).
* Production d'analyses de gestion synthétiques favorisant une meilleure compréhension du business et aidant à la prise de décision par les Directeurs / le CODIR
* Rédaction en collaboration avec la Responsable du Contrôle de Gestion et en lien avec les autres contrôleurs de gestion, des mémos budgétaires à destination du Groupe.
* Gestion des référentiels analytiques.
Clôtures des comptes
* Veiller au respect des délais de clôture et des règles de gestion (traitements Opex / CapEx)
* Assister les opérationnels dans leurs engagements de dépenses.
* Valider les provisions et analyser le niveau de factures attendues (FNP) ainsi que les CCA.
* Effectuer le suivi des refacturations sur ses domaines
* Amortissements : suivre les mises en service des projets dont il a le suivi
* Raccorder le suivi administratif (engagements et facturation) et les données comptables.
* Production d'analyses d'écart sur les périmètres confiés
* Partage régulier des données de clôtures avec les Directions opérationnelles du pôle afin d'identifier les alertes éventuelles.
* Proposer des pistes d'amélioration.
* Rédiger, en collaboration avec la Responsable du contrôle de gestion, les notes de clôtures à destination du CODIR et du Groupe

Principales Activités :
DEVELOPPEMENT (en support avec un Responsable Qualité Produit Fini) :
* Participer aux réunions de développement, détecter d'une façon structurée les risques qualité de chaque article et les lever à l'aide des tests laboratoire.
* Animer de façon rigoureuse et réactive les tests au porter lancés par les responsables qualité PF (suivi des lancements et analyse de l'évolution du produit, de la matière, détection de dégradation anormale...)

Profil :
* Etudiant(e) de Formation Bac +5 (Cuir, Chimie, Matériaux), vous possédez une première expérience en entreprise (Qualité) qui vous a permis de démontrer votre rigueur, votre logique et votre méthode.
* Un excellent relationnel est nécessaire pour mener à bien ces projets et les porter auprès des différents interlocuteurs.
Votre sens de l'organisation, votre faculté à prendre des initiatives et votre rigueur seront appréciés.
Vous êtes à l'aise à l'oral (présentations ou démonstrations, prise de parole en réunion).
* Une très bonne maîtrise du pack Office (Word, Excel, Access) est nécessaire.
