Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions
* Underwrites, structures and completes credit packages generally for the largest and most complex borrowing relationships (new money, renewals, and annual reviews).
* Proactively manages a portfolio of existing client relationships.
* Reviews borrowing base and covenant calculation trends; monitor changes in the borrower’s industry and operating performance; and identify changes in the borrower’s credit risk profile.
* Creates and analyzes balance sheet, income statement and cash flow projections.
* Ensures all credit risk metrics within the assigned portfolio are managed within acceptable risk tolerance.
* Mentors Commercial Portfolio Managers and Commercial Credit Analysts.
Provides opportunities for growth. Serves as a resource in building the bank’s credit bench strength.

Job Requirements
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Le service des Vitrines et Achat d'art est l'un des services du département de la Communication d'Hermès International dédiés au développement de l'image et à la compréhension de la spécificité d'Hermès.
Il anime l'activité Vitrines sur l'ensemble du réseau des filiales du groupe.
Son objectif est d'assurer des vitrines reflétant l'identité d'Hermès au travers de mises en scènes créatives et qualitatives, de sorte à susciter une émotion et stimuler l'imaginaire du spectateur.

Vos principales missions :
Documentation des photos des vitrines :
Seuls témoins permanents d'œuvres éphémères que sont les décors de vitrines, les photos de ces dernières sont les indispensables preuves du travail accompli.
Pour en décupler leur efficacité, il est indispensable de recueillir toutes les informations qui permettent de comprendre toutes les subtilités du décor photographié avant de les enregistrer et de les classer dans le site vitrines mais aussi dans divers autres rangements à différentes fins.
* Collecter et contrôler les fiches photos de chaque décor dès que mis en place dans les filiales ;
* Trier les photos et compléter les différents dossiers (rétrospective annuelle, présélections, sites internet, update projets vitrines pour la direction...) ;
* Alimenter en photos les guidelines et la liste des " do's and don't " ;
* Recherches et veille pour repérer des nouveaux talents artistiques susceptibles d'intégrer le vivier des artistes Vitrines.
Missions transversales :
* Contribuer à compléter la base de données recensant notre sourcing d'artistes en préparant les fiches de présentation ou de mettre à jour certaines déjà existantes puis de les intégrer dans le ficher après les avoir classifiées ;
* Assister et suivre les projets du chef de projets vitrines saisonnières (réunion, comptes rendus, relances filiales, suivi calendrier)
* Aider au suivi des projets d'architectures des nouveaux magasins.
