We're looking for a detail-oriented individual who can masterfully balance resources and demand while ensuring seamless material flow throughout our manufacturing processes.
What will you do:
* Drive material replenishment strategies for raw materials, components, and finished goods using advanced MRP systems
* Execute Distribution Requirement Planning processes while optimizing inventory levels to meet service objectives
* Manage purchase order portfolios and analyze stock discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records
* Collaborate closely with Planning Leaders and Supply Chain partners to ensure synchronized operations
* Define and maintain stock parameters to achieve optimal service levels while minimizing inventory costs
* Check the accuracy between operational work and MPS decisions and react accordingly
* Daily action regarding MRP messages (MD07) and escaladed when repeatable issues
* Actively participate to SIM cycle 2 Respond to the customer needs coming from the CCC's through the Customer Claim Management Process
* Manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling of the manufacturing and purchase
orders)
* Manage the backorder portfolio (BOL), the shortage and to take actions to insure the availability of
product
* Analyze stock discrepancies and perform adjustments.
